Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, though it does get a bit noisy when the place fills up. One small thing they could improve: please don’t play the same piece of music on an infinite loop—it’s driving me slightly mad. ”

“ I've gone there a few times and just thought of sharing my thoughts this time. Food: As for food goes hands down amazing food with great drinks as well. Every time I go there I will surely try one new drink as they have a wide variety of coffees, matchas and many more fun drinks. Service: The waiters and waitress are the most friendly people I have met. Whenever there is a minor issue they will surely to solve it as quick as possible. Atmosphere: If you love a cozy and comfortable place to chill I would recommend going during non peak hours while if you are looking for a fun lunch or dinner time, you should go during those hours. But for my current review I went during my dinner time and there were many people but still places for us to sit. I had the mushroom soup, grilled chicken and peanut coffee. ”

“ Tried out this cafe when i was on my trip in penang, food was okay, nothing too special for me, but the ambience is really nice and instagrammable. Staff were warm and welcoming. Price are quite reasonable but parking can be a bit tricky and it gets really crowded on weekends. ”

This cafe is beautifully set up, offering both inviting exterior and comfortable indoor dining areas. The outdoor space is wonderfully spacious and airy, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze, while the indoor area is well air-conditioned, providing a cool retreat. I particularly loved the soft, relaxing, and chill ambiance created by the dominant green color scheme. The staff here are exceptionally friendly. They even noticed us approaching the cafe from a distance and came smiling to greet us, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. Their beverages are not only beautifully presented but also flavourful, and all at reasonable prices. The desserts are really good too – if you appreciate great drinks and delicious desserts, this place is a must-visit. I also realized that it's a Muslim-friendly establishment, making it a great option if you're looking for a place to enjoy lunch or dinner with your Muslim friends. Considering it's a cafe by the sea with a beautiful view and fantastic staff, the prices are truly reasonable. ”

“ We headed here for breakfast and it was amazing. We ordered all three types of pancakes and a kampung egg. The pancakes were presented just like the photo and tasted amazing. Light and fluffy with lots of tasty accompaniments. My daughter really enjoyed the sough dough bread and egg dish. Lots of flavour combinations we hadn’t tried before which were melt in your mouth good! ”

“ We tried several dishes at Unknown Cafe. The creamy mushroom soup, lotus wheat meal crunchy cookie cup, and smoked chicken ham tortilla wrap were all really good. The cookie cup was especially fun and unique. However, I wasn’t a fan of the carbonara chicken bacon spaghetti, it was too runny for my taste as I expected it to be creamier. Overall, still a nice place with good food variety ”

The staff was so friendly and attentive, the service honestly couldn’t have been better. The food was amazing – everything we ordered tasted delicious and was presented beautifully. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and put effort into every detail. On top of that, the prices are very fair for the quality, which makes it even more worth it. We left super happy but also wishing we had room to try more dishes because the whole menu looked so good. Definitely coming back next time to explore more!
